This cheesecake is absolutely incredible! I wouldn’t have believed it if I had just heard it. But I made one, and after tasting it, I thought it was amazing! I even covered it with a buttercream frosting (slight hint of cream cheese). I thought for sure it would be too sweet, but I swear, it isn’t! Plus, it’s beautiful-especially inside! I’m still working on dressing it up, not sure yet how to apply the Red Velvet crumbs. Stay tuned!
